Reports
Reports overview
The Reports page has three tabs: Line Utilization, Order Performance, and Label Audit. All reports use a date range picker — the default is the last 30 days.
Line Utilization report
Shows scheduled vs. completed hours per line, plus a utilization percentage.
Utilization % = Completed Hours ÷ Available Hours × 100
Available hours are based on your shift window and working days in the selected date range. Use this report to spot underutilized lines (capacity you're not using) or lines that are chronically over-scheduled (more scheduled than completed).
Order Performance report
Shows all completed orders in the date range with planned due date, actual completion date, and whether the order was on-time. Includes an aggregate on-time delivery percentage.
Use this to identify patterns: is it always one line running late? One SKU? One time of month? The AI assistant can help analyze: "Why are our pipe orders running late?"
Label Audit report
Shows every label generation event: timestamp, SKU, line, quantity of labels generated, and the user who generated them.
The Export CSV button downloads the full table — useful for quality records, ISO audits, and customer documentation requests. Every row is a traceable event.
Tips for using reports
- Review Line Utilization weekly to catch capacity issues before they become scheduling problems.
- If your on-time percentage drops, check Order Performance for patterns — look for a specific line, SKU, or time period that's dragging the number down.
- Export the Label Audit before customer audits or ISO reviews to have a complete printed record ready.
