Common Issues

Quick answers to the most common problems RunMark users run into.


I can't see any lines in the schedule modal

The order's SKU isn't in any line's capability list. Go to Lines, edit the line you want to use, and add the SKU to its capabilities. Then try scheduling the order again.


My estimated run time looks wrong

Check the speed matrix for that line/SKU combination. The formula is:

Run time (hours) = Quantity ÷ Speed

If the speed is set to 0, the run time calculation won't work. Update the speed to a realistic value for that line/SKU.


The Generate Labels button is grayed out

Labels can only be generated for In Progress or Complete schedule blocks. Go to the Schedule page, click the block for this order, and mark it as In Progress. Then return to Labels and try again.


The AI didn't match my product correctly

The AI can only match products that exist in your RunMark SKU list. If the product isn't in your list, add it first (Products → Add product), then re-parse the text with Orders → Import from text.


I'm not receiving emails from RunMark

Check your spam or junk folder. Add hello@runmark.app to your contacts to prevent future messages from being filtered.


My schedule shows a conflict I can't resolve

A conflict means two blocks overlap on the same line. Options:

  • Move one block to a different time on the same line
  • Move one block to a different capable line
  • Click the conflicting block on the Gantt, open it, and reschedule from there

I can't delete a SKU

The SKU is referenced by an active order or line configuration. To delete it:

  1. Cancel or complete all orders using this SKU
  2. Go to Lines and remove the SKU from any line's capability and speed matrix
  3. Then delete the SKU from Products
