AI Feature Issues
The AI didn't extract an order from my text
The AI works best with clear quantities, explicit product names, and stated due dates. If your text is very short or ambiguous, the parser may not extract anything. Try adding more context: include the product name, quantity with units, and a due date.
A parsed order has a red confidence score
A low confidence score means the AI was uncertain about one or more fields — usually the product match or the due date. Review every field manually before confirming. Edit any incorrect values in the review form.
The SKU field is empty after parsing
The AI couldn't match the product description to any SKU in your product list. Add the SKU to your Products list first, then re-parse the text. The AI can only match products it knows about.
The Production Assistant says it can't find my data
Make sure you're logged in and have data in your workspace. The assistant uses your live Firestore data — if you have no orders, lines, or schedule blocks, there's nothing for it to report on.
The Production Assistant gave a wrong answer
The assistant uses your live data but can misinterpret ambiguous questions. Try rephrasing:
- Be specific about which line or time frame
- Ask it to "explain how you got that" to see its reasoning
- If the data itself looks wrong, check the underlying orders or schedule blocks in the dashboard
I hit the daily message limit
AI limits reset at midnight. If you're consistently hitting the limit, contact support at hello@runmark.app.
