Label Printing Issues
The PDF doesn't download

Labels print too small or too large
Set your print scale to exactly 100%. In your browser's print dialog, look for a "Scale" or "Page Scaling" setting and set it to 100%. Do not use "Fit to Page", "Shrink to Printable Area", or any other scaling option.
Text is cut off at the edge
Try the next larger label size (e.g. 2×1 → 3×2, or 3×2 → 4×2). If you're using the right size, double-check that print scaling is at 100% and not "fit to page".
The barcode doesn't scan
Two common causes:
- Scaling — printing at anything other than 100% distorts the barcode. Set print scale to 100%.
- Print quality — low DPI print settings can cause barcodes to be unreadable. Set your printer to the highest quality setting for labels.
PDF generation takes too long (more than 30 seconds)
- Check your internet connection
- Try a smaller label quantity
- Retry once — transient errors are usually resolved on the second attempt

Label record shows but there's no PDF to download
Generation likely failed silently. Go to Labels → Generate Labels, select the same block, and generate again. The new PDF will appear in the label records list.
