Managing Your Subscription
Accessing billing
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
What you can do in the portal
- Update payment method — add or replace the credit card on file
- View invoices — download PDF invoices for any past payment
- Change plan — switch between monthly and yearly billing
- Cancel subscription — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that date, dashboard access is paused.
Your workspace data (SKUs, lines, orders, schedules, labels) is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. If you reactivate within that window, everything is restored immediately.
Reactivation
You can re-subscribe at any time from the Settings → Billing page. After subscribing, your data is restored immediately and your dashboard access returns.
