Team Members
Go to Settings → Team to manage who has access to your RunMark workspace.
Inviting a team member
Click Invite member, enter their email address, and choose a role. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join your workspace.
Removing a team member
Click the remove button next to a team member's name. They will immediately lose access to the workspace. Their past actions (orders created, labels generated) remain in the system.
Roles
RunMark has four roles, from least to most privileged:
| Role | Can view everything | Can edit production data (orders, schedule, lines, SKUs, …) | Can manage team & invites | Can manage org settings & scheduler policies | Can manage billing / delete org |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Viewer | ✓ | ||||
| Operator | ✓ | ✓ | |||
| Admin | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | |
| Owner | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
A Viewer has full visibility into schedules, orders, and reports with no ability to edit anything — useful for anyone who needs to see what's happening without being a risk to what's running. An Admin can do everything an Operator can, plus manage team members and invites and organization settings, but cannot touch billing or delete the organization. Only the Owner can manage billing or delete the organization.
You choose a role for each person when you invite them; the person who created the workspace is always its Owner.
Seat limits
On the Monthly plan, a workspace is capped at 5 seats — counting the owner, active members, and any pending (not-yet-accepted) invites. Settings shows a running "X of 5 seats used" count, and inviting past the limit is blocked with a prompt to upgrade. The Yearly plan and an active free trial have no seat limit.
